Hey There
For me the holistic approach is everything, and I want to show you how you can embody this view too. Holistic means whole, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness. Because we are so much more than our bodies, right?
When you acquire the holistic view, it doesn't mean you will be positive all the time, it means you will have the tools and learn the techniques to overcome challenges. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your journey and need somebody to point you in the right direction or if you already are on the path and ready to dive deep. You may wish to understand your pet more, maybe they need an energy boost.
Regardless of your circumstances, I don’t want you to need me forever, I want to teach you the techniques I developed to improve my life so you can be a stronger and more resilient version of yourself too. Because the Holistic View is closer and much simpler than you think.

Curious? So am I. I’d love to have a chat! Tell me about your challenges and I can tell you how I can help. No need to say the first initial consultation is always free of charge.

My journey
Since 2016, I studied different modalities that inspired me to create my very own approach and five years later, I established The Holistic View Organisation. I am a holistic animal behaviourist and have a BSc degree in Animal Behavioural Science and Welfare from the University of Greenwich. I wrote my dissertation on the effects of animal healing on dogs in the shelter environment, and it made me realise how effective energy healing can be for stress reduction. After university, I wanted to learn more about alternative and complementary therapies to support pets and their guardians on a deeper level, so I spent a year studying animal healing from Elizabeth Whiter, and now I am a member of the Healing Animals Organisation. I am a big believer in natural nutrition, so I complemented my studies with a Level 5 Animal Nutrition qualification. I worked together with several animal rescues on different projects in the UK, and slowly started my career as an animal behaviour and energy healing practitioner.
I have been working with humans since 2019 as a People Professional. Till now, I am coaching people in the corporate environment, helping them to acquire a holistic view too by giving them a different perspective on their current issues while setting up personal and professional goals. I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), studied People Management, and also am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and Advocate in the Workplace. Learning new skills is a passion of mine and I don’t think I will ever stop.

My passion for energy healing started when I realised, I can sense other’s energy fields and remove energy blocks that prevents the person to live a fuller life, so after years of experimenting on friends and family, I officially became a Theta Healing Consultant, learning from the best, Monika Hackl, founder of Thetakert.

During my personal healing journey, I learned how to heal with the damages of an abusive relationship, how to spot a narcissist, and embraced my sensitivity. I have dealt with loss, mental breakdown, and anxiety. I learned how a seemingly normal family with hidden dysfunction work and how to break the generational curses. I was soul searching with Lelekhang practitioner Marta Torok-Hajzer for years. I learned how effective talking therapy and journaling can be especially when you combine them with energy healing. I also tried breathwork with Josh Connolly and was amazed by its healing effects. I learned how to embrace my shadow side, how to manifest my dreams and how to let those things go that don’t serve me. I learned self-love and acceptance and am still learning.
