Mentoring

Mentoring is a supportive and developmental conversation process, during which the client recognizes and consciously begins to use their resources. I combine coaching and positive psychology to support my clients in order to thrive not only in their work environment but in their personal lives too. My aim is to empathetically support the development of self-awareness, the management of emotions, the interpretation of situations, the setting and realization of goals, and maintaining continuous focus. It is important to be aware of what you are best at and in which working conditions you can be yourself most and at the same time function at your best. You also need to know what situations often cause difficulty, when you feel stressed, excluded or misunderstood.

In what situations mentoring can be useful

If you feel:

  • restless

  • tense

  • anxious

  • have low self-confidence

  • highly critical of yourself

  • find it difficult to control your emotions 

  • you put off tasks

  • prioritizing are difficult

Difficulties are often caused by

  • scatteredness

  • wandering attention

  • forgetfulness

  • time management

  • planning-organization and prioritization tasks
